MEET OUR TEAM

"My name is Nolan Hughes; I am 17 years old and a Souderton Area High School student. I currently captain the varsity soccer team at Souderton and play for PA Dominion FC's 2005B team. I have struggled with mental health issues since the 5th grade; it has substantially impacted my life. For many years I suffered in silence due to a lack of understanding and awareness of my mental health. However, with the help of my family, friends, and mental health professionals, I can keep moving forward. My mission in starting Winning from Within is that everyone should have access to a support network, as I was fortunate enough to have. No kid should suffer because of a financial issue, an unsupportive home, or a lack of awareness."
